DEGREASE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Degreasing treatment is necessary to remove oil and grease residues from previous manufacturing processes. Good degreasing avoids the carry-over of oils and greases to subsequent treatment stages. We use chemical, cathodic and electrolytic-anodic types of degreasing.<\/p>\n

PICKLING<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pickling is the process that removes any impurities or surface finishes that the part may have, such as stains, rust or other impurities, in order to activate the surface of the parts for subsequent zinc plating.<\/p>\n

ZINC ACID<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Acid zinc baths are used in markets where corrosion protection requirements are not so high and a high level of brightness is a priority. Furthermore, these baths allow the zinc plating of materials that are difficult to treat, such as cast iron, malleable iron and carbonitrided iron.<\/p>\n

ZINC NICKEL ACID<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The highly efficient Acid Zinc Nickel coating has exceptional corrosion protection and is highly resistant to high temperatures. It has corrosion resistance equal or superior to that of acid zinc, increasing hardness and wear resistance.<\/p>\n

El decapado es el proceso que se encarga de eliminar las impurezas o acabados superficiales que pueda tener la pieza, como manchas, oxidados u otras impurezas y activar as\u00ed la superficie de las piezas para el zincado posterior.<\/p>

ZINC \u00c1CIDO<\/strong><\/h2>

Los ba\u00f1os de zinc \u00e1cidos encuentran su aplicabilidad en aquellos mercados donde las exigencias anticorrosivas no son tan elevadas y se prioriza el alto nivel de brillo. Adem\u00e1s, estos ba\u00f1os permiten el zincado de materiales dif\u00edciles de tratar como es el caso del hierro fundido, hierro maleable y hierro carbonitrurado.<\/p>

ZINC NIQUEL \u00c1CIDO<\/strong><\/h2>

El recubrimiento Zinc Niquel \u00c1cido de alta eficiencia posee una excepcional protecci\u00f3n contra la corrosi\u00f3n, siendo adem\u00e1s muy resistente a altas temperaturas. Presenta resistencias a la corrosi\u00f3n iguales o superiores a las del Cinc \u00c1cido incrementando la dureza y resistencia al desgaste.<\/p>
