CUSTOMISED PROGRAMMES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We produce to order, for which we have a reception area and a parts dispatch area.<\/p>\n

Our installations consist of a continuous automatic line in which the parts (99% iron) are moved on racks, with 4 cranes positioning the racks and immersing the parts in the different tanks according to the corresponding programme, assigned according to the characteristics of the part and the operation to be carried out (zinc plating or pickling).<\/p>\n

All the tanks are at room temperature, except for the chemical-cathodic degreasing tank, which is kept at 45-50\u00baC by means of heating elements.<\/p>\n

The first step is to remove the external and internal grease from the parts. For this we use chemical and cathodic degreasing techniques.<\/p>\n

PROGRAMAS PERSONALIZADOS<\/strong><\/h3>

Realizamos la producci\u00f3n bajo pedido, para lo que disponemos de un \u00e1rea de recepci\u00f3n y otra de expedici\u00f3n de piezas.<\/p>

Nuestras instalaciones constan de una l\u00ednea autom\u00e1tica en continuo en la que el desplazamiento de las piezas (99% de hierro) se realiza en bastidores, interviniendo 4 gr\u00faas que van posicionando los bastidores y sumergiendo las piezas en las distintas cubas de acuerdo al programa que les corresponda, asignado en funci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de la pieza y de la operaci\u00f3n a realizar (zincado o decapado).<\/p>

Todas las cubas est\u00e1n a temperatura ambiente, excepto la de desengrase qu\u00edmico-cat\u00f3dico que se mantiene a 45-50\u00baC por medio de unas resistencias.

El primer paso es eliminar la grasa externa e interna de las piezas. Para ello contamos con t\u00e9cnicas de desengrase qu\u00edmico y cat\u00f3dico.<\/p>
