SPECIALISTS IN THE APPLICATION OF ACID ZINC AND ACID ZINC-NICKEL

We have an exclusive production line, specially designed for cast parts, unique in the area.

CHEMICAL, CATHODIC AND ANODIC-ELECTROLYTIC DEGREASING

We offer special techniques for the removal of oil and grease residues from previous manufacturing processes.

PICKLING OF SCALE, IMPURITIES AND RUST FROM THE PARTS

We remove dirt and activate the surfaces of the workpieces for subsequent zinc plating.

ISO 9001 AND 14001 CERTIFICATES

We rigorously comply with all quality and environmental standards. The company´s management policy is at your disposal.

WE HAVE SPECIAL 8m x 0,50m x 1,30m TANKS FOR ALL TYPES OF METAL PARTS

DEGREASE

Degreasing treatment is necessary to remove oil and grease residues from previous manufacturing processes. Good degreasing avoids the carry-over of oils and greases to subsequent treatment stages. We use chemical, cathodic and electrolytic-anodic types of degreasing.

PICKLING

Pickling is the process that removes any impurities or surface finishes that the part may have, such as stains, rust or other impurities, in order to activate the surface of the parts for subsequent zinc plating.

ZINC ACID

Acid zinc baths are used in markets where corrosion protection requirements are not so high and a high level of brightness is a priority. Furthermore, these baths allow the zinc plating of materials that are difficult to treat, such as cast iron, malleable iron and carbonitrided iron.

ZINC NICKEL ACID

The highly efficient Acid Zinc Nickel coating has exceptional corrosion protection and is highly resistant to high temperatures. It has corrosion resistance equal or superior to that of acid zinc, increasing hardness and wear resistance.

TYPES OF PASSIVATION

We offer the following treatments to add colour to the pieces and protect them against oxidation.

BLACK PASSIVATED

We offer information on how to achieve the desired results when coating zinc-nickel parts with a black passivate.

BLACK PASSIVATED

We offer information on how to achieve the desired results when coating zinc-nickel parts with a black passivate.

TRANSPARENT PASSIVATED

A transparent passivate that operates under mild conditions, it allows for minimal alloy loss during passivation.

IRIDESCENT TRIVALENT PASSIVATED

Passivate with a reddish-blue iridescent layer.

SEALING

Final treatment with special seals to extend the anti-corrosion time and complete the passivation process.
